Mangrove forests are some of the most crucial ecosystems on Earth. They provide a buffer zone from heavy waves and storm action, which is important for inhabitants on land as well as the fish and marine creatures that raise their young in the calm waters of mangrove swamps. That means mangrove swamps provide huge economic benefits while also providing homes for a massively diverse group of species.
Alex Halkias is a Professional Fighter/Martial Artist from Toronto Ontario, Canada. He currently holds an undefeated professional record of 6-0. His work ethic and approach to training is allowing him to take his skills to the next level.

Toronto Wildlife Centre (TWC) is a leader in the field of wildlife rescue, veterinary care, rehabilitation and education, providing a vital and unique service in Southern Ontario.
A registered charity supported primarily by donations, TWC has grown into Canada’s busiest wildlife centre – since opening in 1993, hundreds of thousands of people have received help on TWC’s Wildlife Hotline, and over 74,000 wild animals representing over 270 different species have been admitted for care.
TWC’s work is carried out by a small group of highly skilled paid staff, and several hundred dedicated volunteers working in all areas of the center, from wildlife care to administration.

Established in 1991, International Cooperation of Children for Trees for Life Canada Inc. (TFL CANADA) is a provincially and federally registered non-profit, charitable organization.
Their mission is to provide fun and educational resources to teachers and children through the Grow-A-Tree Program and help them understand the critical roles trees play in maintaining the ecological balance on this planet.
